Commitment to Data Security

Your personally identifiable information is kept secure. Only authorised employees, agents, and contractors (who have agreed to keep information secure and confidential) have access to this information. All emails and newsletters from our site allow you to opt out of further mailings. CrossFit Kelham will never sell, trade, rent, exchange, or otherwise share your personal information with any other person, company, or organisation.

Temporary Suspension Policy

This is not a termination request.
As stated in your membership agreement, you have the option to put your automatically recurring monthly membership on hold for any reason.

  1. Membership hold requests must be submitted no less than three (3) business days before your forthcoming scheduled renewal date. Membership hold requests received later cannot be processed until after the forthcoming scheduled renewal payment. All membership payments are non-refundable.
  2. Membership hold requests are available in 30-day increments for up to three (3) consecutive 30-day periods (i.e. 30, 60, or 90 days).
  3. Upon expiration of the hold period that you select below, your account will automatically reactivate and regular membership payments will resume.
  4. If you choose to cancel your membership during the hold period, the standard 30-day written cancellation notice requirement stated in your membership agreement is applicable, and a final full month’s payment will be required before your membership can be terminated. If you choose to reactivate your membership after it is cancelled, membership rates in effect at the time of reactivation will be applicable (membership rates are subject to change).
  5. There is a £15 fee for each 30-day hold.

If you decide to reactivate your membership in the future, membership rates in effect at the time of reactivation will be applicable, as membership rates are subject to change.

If you would like to put your membership on hold instead of canceling, you can submit a Membership Hold Request. If you’re sure you’d like to cancel, just complete and submit the form below. This will serve as your 30-day written cancellation notice as required by your membership agreement. Your membership will be canceled 30 days from the submission of the form below. Note that if you have a scheduled payment within this period, the payment will be processed as scheduled. All payments are non-refundable.

Cancellation of memberships prior to the expiration of any specified commitment period requires an early termination fee of the difference between the membership you were on and the membership you should have been on, as outlined in your membership agreement.
