No experience is needed and all abilities are welcome to come and learn the basics at our 4-week CrossFit Beginners course!
Our fully qualified, expert coaches will break down the basic movements, so you can learn to lift safely and effectively in just 4 weeks.
What to expect
Each session will cover 3-4 main lifts/skills and then be followed by a beginner-friendly CrossFit workout, so you can put what you learn into practice.
Expect fun team games during the warm-ups and team-based workouts, so you can get a taste for working out within a friendly and supportive community.

Our Beginners Course runs at the same time every week for 4 weeks.
Not only will you get access to the course, but you’ll also get 9 class credits to take part in any timetabled classes (only available after you attend week 1 of the course).
Your continued progress doesn't stop there! Upon completion of your Beginner Course, this membership will roll into our Bronze membership (13 class credits /month)
