Our Couch to CrossFit 6 Week Course is designed to get you working out again with confidence after years off, whilst also providing you with nutrition & lifestyle coaching alongside the exclusive beginner CrossFit sessions.

Starting Monday 13th of January 2025 at 7-8:30pm every week for 6 weeks. The course is a collaboration between CrossFit Kelham and CrossFit Braze. Sessions will be held at CrossFit Braze.

Additional catch up and 1:1 sessions can be scheduled each week to allow flexibility for busy schedules

A combination of taught lifestyle and nutrition educational content followed by our exclusive Couch To CrossFit dedicated class

A workbook that includes all the taught content as well as methods to track and measure your progress. Specific movement goals and workouts to do outside of the gym between sessions.

1:1 Check-ins with your coach during the course and access to the Couch To CrossFit community group
